Sub-measure 10.1 – Payments for agri-environment and climate

1. Description of the action
Agri-environment payments shall be granted to farmers who undertake, on a voluntary basis agri-environmental commitments. Initial commitments entered into by farmers since 2015 covering a period of 5 years from the date of signing it.

2. Type of support
10.1 Sub-measure aimed at promoting the 7th packages aimed at protecting the environment.
Support under this measure is compensating.
First compensatory agri-environment and climate is paid annually as a fixed amount paid per unit area (hectare) and as compensation for loss of income and additional costs incurred by farmers concluding voluntary commitments.

3. Beneficiaries
Payments to beneficiaries under sub-measure of agri-environment and climate are farmers, agricultural land users.

4. Eligible expenditure
Eligible costs under this measure are made of standard costs calculated for each package / variant based on the assessment of additional costs and income foregone, which go beyond the basic requirements mandatory unpaid registered farmers from taking voluntary commitments agro- environment and climate.

5. Amounts and support rates applicable
Being a compensatory payment support under this measure has an intensity of 100%, consisting of public costs. Compensation payments, calculated as the standard cost per package / version are:
1. Package 1 – pastures with high natural value (HNV) – € 139 / ha / year
2. Package 2 – traditional agricultural practices
version 2.1 – manual work on permanent grassland used as meadows – € 107 / ha / year
version 2.2 – works with lighter equipment on permanent grassland used as meadows – € 21 / ha / year
3. Package 3 – meadows important for birds
version 3.1 – Crex crex – € 244 / ha / year
version 3.2 – Lanius minor and Falco vespertinus – € 171 / ha / year
4. Package 4 – green crops – € 126 / ha / year
5. Package 5 – adaptation to climate change – € 126 / ha / year
6. Package 6 – Important grassland butterfly (Maculinea sp.) – € 263 / ha / year
7. Package 7 – arable important feeding areas for Red-breasted Goose (Branta ruficollis) – € 288 / ha / year.
Measure beneficiaries undertake to keep a record of farming activities connected with the implementation of agri-environmental commitments and climate (basic and higher education across farms in the areas under commitment).

Sub-measure 10.2 – Conservation of local animal genetic resources at risk of dropping out

1. Description of the action
Payments for local animal genetic resources conservation in danger of abandonment shall be granted to farmers and other livestock, which assumes voluntary commitments on livestock breeding adult females of local breeds in danger of abandonment under this sub. Adult females breeding in sub an employer must be registered in studbooks main section of breeds and breeds in conservation programs, which are established and run by accredited breeders associations of ANARZ according to art. 2 paragraph 24v) of GD. 834/2010 and conservation programs breeds.
Commitments entered into by farmers or other breeders since 2015 covering a period of 5 years from the date of signing it.

2. Type of support
Support under this sub-measure is compensating representing compensation for loss of income incurred by beneficiaries concluding voluntary commitments. First compensation is paid annually as a fixed amount paid per adult female pure-bred breeding.

3. Beneficiaries
The beneficiaries are farmers compensation payments or other livestock, animal holding adult breeding females under this sub-breeds, animals were entered in the studbooks of breeds – and the main section of breeds conservation programs.

4. Amounts and support rates applicable
Being a compensatory payment support under this sub has an intensity of 100%.
Values of compensation is calculated as standard costs to cover the loss of income due to the assumption of voluntary commitments on livestock breeding adult females of local breeds in danger of abandonment, by species, are listed below:
Cattle – 200 EUR / head
Sheep – 13 EUR / head
Goat – 6 EUR / head
Equine – 200 EUR / head
Pigs – 88 EUR head
